Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because perfumes and colognes are personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been placed and processed.
If there is a stock issue and we are unable to provide the same product or a suitable replacement, our team may offer a refund.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Helpdesk as soon as possible. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, Charmelle will arrange a replacement. This may be the same product or, if unavailable, another product of similar value.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE courier delivery across South Africa.
Orders are processed before being handed over to our courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days nationwide, depending on your area and courier route.
Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel during normal delivery hours to avoid courier delays.
