Shipping & Delivery

At Charmelle, we want your order to reach you safely and as smoothly as possible. We offer FREE insured courier delivery through one of our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 working days, depending on your area and courier route.

Once your order is placed, it will move into processing on the next available working day. Processing may take 3–6 working days before your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, your waybill or tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

You can also track your parcel using your order number on our “Track Your Order” page.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support Helpdesk within 3 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist before your order moves too far into processing.

Once a parcel is already in transit with the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that your street address, suburb, city, postal code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the courier is unable to deliver, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, the customer may be responsible for any additional courier costs to resend the order.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible through our Customer Support Helpdesk.

Where possible, please report the damage to the courier at the time of delivery and take clear photos of the parcel before opening it. This helps us review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
